We were in the area on holiday and were struggling to find something light but tasty to eat after leaving Looe when we came across the Punch Bowl. The meet and greet was warm and friendly and we were shown to a nice table. My husband opted for the Sunday lunch (small portion) and i had the chicken liver pate which was a general size. Both were delicious. I have a delicious meringue roulade for pudding. Great service and great food.

The Famous Punch Bowl was recommended to us and it didn't disappoint. Really friendly staff, especially the delightful Lily, (do tell her that someone named Mike said thanks) who couldn't have done anymore to make our evening enjoyable. Good food, and reasonably priced, and staff that are an asset to the pub

From the moment we arrived, Lesley, & the entire team made us feel genuinely cared for, supported and celebrated. Every detail was handled with such professionalism and heart. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the service was seamless, and nothing was ever too much trouble. 

Our guests were blown away by the hospitality — friendly, attentive and delivered with a smile all day long. The food was exceptional, the venue looked beautiful, and the whole team worked together effortlessly to make sure everything ran smoothly.
